Sabrina Rei Stewart

ROCK STAR CREATIVE PRODUCER & VIDEO EDITOR

MY STORIED CAREER

I’m a woman of vision driven by creative impulses. New Hampshire born and bred, I spent my formative years hanging out on Pulpit Rock dreaming of a life more fulfilling than hanging out on a large… rock…. It was a different time, okay? After graduating from Clark University with a degree in Japanese Studies, I went to live and work in Japan as an English Teacher before returning to the US to take on a role as East Coast Sales Representative for House Foods America where I helped launch their tofu product line in the American food industry.

I eventually found my calling in entertainment media. After taking courses with The Connecticut School of Broadcasting, I joined local news and worked my way from Production Assistant running cable at high school football games to on-air reporter and producer on a half hour news magazine show. I would go on to work for FiOS 1 News and the 7 time Emmy award winning show Restaurant Hunter where I moved from videographer to the editing bay a choice that stayed with me through a foray in healthcare marketing and my most recent work on the hit true crime series Hometown Tragedy for Hearst TV.

Outside of my career, I share a love of films with my teenage daughter. I’m also a singer and songwriter who publishes under the name Breezy Rei.
